@Joey Microsoft Security Essentials. I’d rate it as probably the best anti-virus/malware apps out there. And yes, the irony that it’s from Microsoft itself isn’t lost.

What I like about it is that it “just works” without getting in the way, taking up a tonne of resources or behaving exactly like the malware it’s designed to stop. Unlike Norton, for example.

Netbooks are the greatest thing in the universe. I have used the heck out of mine… it’s like an external harddrive that happens to include a cpu and a wireless card!

You’re only 250 gig smaller than me in storage now….and 2 gig less in RAM…but we got the same brand, which is the first time I believe :)

Windows 7 is ages ahead of what Vista ever was and it’s like a completely new OS if you compare them. I would say it’s the first reliable OS from Microsoft ever.
