I’m not an expert, but I really like what you’ve done here – you’ve put Savage Worlds through it’s paces a lot faster than I have. A really interesting read -and I haven’t thought about Savage Potter yet. Hmmm….

  2. Savage Worlds might be the ideal system to take a crack at a serious tabletop Quidditch adaptation. Which I had never thought of until you mentioned it here. No KS: Potions? Snape must love this guy ;)

And Theron is a character I would play in a heart beat! “I’ve got to know what’s in their, but I’m not going in unprepared… or, first. Hey, Khonun…”

Thanks, both. The Young Hindrance immediately put me in mind of Harry Potter, and the Magic system looked to be a very easy fit too. Definitely something I’ll explore more.

    That, and Scooby Doo.

@Dr Checkmate Glad you like Theron. He’s my kinda character too!

Wait till you try running SWEX. It’s the perfect game for the busy game master. Monsters and NPC’s are a breeze to create. Great accessory for any Savage campaign is the Adventure Deck. Currently, it’s only a pdf but a new revised dead tree version should be coming out some time in the near future.

I don’t know how you’re doing, for mine SWEX fu isn’t as great as it should be (I’ve had a book almost a year now).

However, your characters just got me interested in SWEX again. That has to count for something…
