My Mum was v. suspicious of boxed game sets (polluting the mind, Mazes and Monsters, etc), also I had limited pocket money. So I managed to buy the DW books bit by bit and pretend they were just stories. I will be buying the new edition next time I am in the UK (I currently live outside Amazon's delivery zone). I might see about running it in my regular group in the near future. I have been heartened by the news that <a href="http://www.magnumopuspress.com/?page_id=10" rel="nofollow">Magnum Opus Press is producing a new edition</a>. They did a great job with The Extraordinary Adventures of Baron Munchausen (I burned through my PDF with great enjoyment and am now early awaiting by hardcover edition), so I've very hopeful about their handling of Dragon Warriors.
