Was the 2004 Election Stolen?

This from Rolling Stone, via BoingBoing:

After carefully examining the evidence, I’ve become convinced that the president’s party mounted a massive, coordinated campaign to subvert the will of the people in 2004. Across the country, Republican election officials and party stalwarts employed a wide range of illegal and unethical tactics to fix the election. A review of the available data reveals that in Ohio alone, at least 357,000 voters, the overwhelming majority of them Democratic, were prevented from casting ballots or did not have their votes counted in 2004 – more than enough to shift the results of an election decided by 118,601 votes.

Tell me again, oh self proclaimed “land of the free” just how much evidence you need of this man’s corruption?

Ok, so he’s twisted your minds into thinking that it’s ok to torture, to massacre innocent women and children, that it’s ok to spy on all of you, that God in on his side in all this, that the soldiers are good and honest and brave. Yes, most of them are. It’s clear that some of them are shitheads though, putting bullets into the heads of children either for kicks, or because it’s their orders. Neither is excusable.

Look, if you want to be free, if you want to be able to lift your heads high on the world stage instead of being seen as the most corrupt, evil, negligent country on the planet today, get rid of Bush now.

Please. Before it’s too late for us all.
