Is it acceptable that people are boiled alive in your name?

Craig Murray, ousted as Britain’s ambassador to Uzbekistan after he criticized the use of intelligence gained through torture, said Uzbek security forces supplying interrogation findings to the CIA used torture “on an industrial scale.” In two cases he said he documented that people were boiled alive.

The Bush Crime Commission is underway this weekend. Here’s information from the witnesses yesterday from NY Newsday.

I’ve said it before and I’ll keep on saying it. George W Bush is the most Evil President the US has ever known. His contempt for humanity knows no bounds at all and he’s used one tragedy as an excuse to perpetrate crimes of his own, both in the US and across the globe. There is no “lesser evil”. Evil is evil is evil.

He has to be stopped for the sake of everyone else. Unless of course you approve of torture, you don’t mind 25,000+ Iraq people being killed, you think it’s ok that US troops are using the very chemical weapons that they said Sadam Hussain possessed, you don’t mind that the government can spy on whoever they want without accoutability in law and that business contracts keep going to the very companies that his administration has interests in.

If you don’t mind any of that, God help you.
